Fresh and delicious Shrimp Stuffed Avocado

SHRIMPS STUFFED AVOCADO.

You have shrimps at home and want other way to prepare, try this delicious option, avocados stuffed with shrimp,it is very delicious, you just have to find the perfect avocado :))) to be amazing, if you do not find avocado you can only eat shrimp salad in any of the two options are delicious. You can also chopped in small cubes the avocado and add it to the delicious shrimp salad.



Ingredients:

Avocado.
500gr of shrimp.
2 tomatoes.
1/4 of Onion.
5-6 Springs of coriander.
5-6 Springs of chives.
Ketchup

 For the marinate:
12 Garlic cloves.
3 Tbsp Olive oil.
1/2 Orange.
Pepper to taste.
Salt to taste.
Fine herbs mixture or
vegetable stock powder



Parsley dressing:
5-6 springs of parsley.
1/2 Orange.
Pepper to taste.
1/4  tsp Paprika powder.
1/4 tsp Vegetable stock
powder.
130gr. Natural yogurt.



How to prepare:
1. The first thing to do is marinate and for this you will need to put 12 garlic cloves in the mixer or cut and add 2-3 olive oil, salt to taste and I use mixed herbs powder but also you can use vegetable stock powder and use 1/2 orange.
2. Add the marinate to the shrimps and mix. Leave marinate for at least 1 hour.
3. After 1 to 2 hours in a pan with little bit oil add the onion finely choppen and fry until start changing color, then add the shrimps and fry for some minutes not too much time because it will turn small, in some minutes and add the springs coriander finely chopped and springs chives finely chopped, mix and add catsup.
 4.Once ready, mix the tomato and add mayonnaise if you like, you can leave only with catsup.. Taste really good.
5. Fill the avocado and enjoy with cookies or with rice. Also you can cut the avocado in little cubes and mix with the shrimps. Or if you cant get avocado you can eat only the shrimps in spaghetti or only with cookies.
If you prefer the shrimps with parsley or coriander dressing.
1.In the mixer add 5 to 6 springs of parsley (You can use also coriander), 130 gr of yogurt, 1/4 teaspoon of paprika powder, 1/4 teaspoon of vegetable stock powder and juice of 1/2 orange and mix.
2.In the pan add bit of oil and add the onion in cubes, fry until start to change color and add the shrimps, fry for some minutes and add the coriander or chopped parsley and the chives finely chopped, remove from heat.
3. Add the tomato and the parsley dressing and mix If you like you can add bit of cream, but just with yogurt also taste amazing.
4. Fill the avocados or also you can cut the avocados in cubes and add to the shrimps, it will be also delicious..
