GREEN BELL PEPPER CREAMY SOUP.
You will love this Green bell pepper creamy soup, is delicious and easy to make. Perfect to start the dinner on Christmas or new year's eve. also if you find Poblano chili and if you like just substitute the green bell pepper for the chili. The 3 Cheese I use for this recipe: Goat Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese and Cheddar Cheese. You can use the cheese you like the most or just one.
Ingredients:
3 Green bell peppers (Substitute by Poblano Chili).
1 Corn.
1/4 Onion.
1 Cup of Milk.
Water (As needed).
Water (As needed).
3 Small cubes of cheese (I use goat cheese, Mozzarella Cheese and Cheddar Cheese).
1 Boiled potato.
Salt to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Vegetable stock powder.
How to prepare:
1. In a pan add bit of oil and fry the onion in stripes until lightly brown, then, add green bell pepper or poblano chili and at the end the corn kernels. Fry until the stripes of the chile are soft.
2. Add what you fry to the blender and add water not too much just covering the green bell pepper, add salt to taste and pepper to taste and vegetable stock powder. If you had from before vegetable or chicken stock add instead of water.
3. In a pan, add bit of oil and bit of butter. You add oil just because you don't want the butter burn.
4. Add Corn Kernels and fry for some minutes.
5. Add the Green bell pepper soup and leave in low heating, meanwhile, in the blender add the boiled potato and the cup of milk. Add bit of salt and pepper.
6. Add the potato you blend into the pan which contain the pepper soup that must be starting boiling.
7. Let it boil in low heat to mix the flavors and check if it is ok of salt. If needed add bit more.
